Always on top

A calm floating panel on every Space and over full-screen apps, with a compact pill mode.

Now / Later

Keep Now for what you're actively working on. Everything else waits in Later, with due dates flagged so nothing slips.

Focus timer

Start, pause and resume tasks. A progress ring compares time spent with your estimate.

Synced with Google Tasks

Everything lives in your own Google Tasks, so it matches your phone and the web.

How Voilà uses your Google account

Voilà asks for one permission: access to your Google Tasks. It uses it only to show, create, update, complete, reorder and delete your tasks when you ask it to, and to save the time you track in each task's notes.

Voilà runs entirely on your Mac. There is no Voilà server: your tasks travel only between your Mac and Google, and nothing is collected, sold or shared. Read the full Privacy Policy.
